Because it is made on the base of the own experiences and inner world. The inner world is formed through the own experiences and by that what was told, but also by that what was not told but what one understood.

In the family there are values and standards and there are interdictions and orders. These interdictions and orders are not always given on the aware way but they are a method to be part of this family. One family can be a family of merchants that serves honesty, another family may be merchants that serve proceeds.

The members of this family may take honesty as a not-so-important item and a lie may give them no feelings of guilt. The members of this family may not feel guilty when they do not speak the truth. They can have feelings of guilt f.ex. if they do not have a paid job, but that are feelings of guilt that are part of the family.

The family that has paid work on the top of "must", always has members that do not have a paid job or that hopp from one job to another, hoping they will get a good paid job. These people are not overweight but always moving.

In their family they are seen as the black sheep because they do not have a stable, well paid job. The members of the family that try to avoid these black sheep, do not want to get feelings of guilt because they have a paid job. It is easy to say that it is always possible to get a paid job.

But is that realy true? The cleaning job that is taken out of the need to earn money, can be a very good school of life, but as 60-year old starting to do cleaning for others during patients in coma are kept in coma, is not what the hpi-therapist will do. Rather writing day and night for patients in coma to make it possible for them to be helped on their feet than cleaning someone elses place.

Patients in coma need help to come on their feet and this help is available. The money is there but it is not used the way it should. Aids that the patient needs, are not given to the patient because the responsible person does not see the needs and how they can be fulfilled and diminished.

By not giving the necessary aid to a patient, he will not be able to move a normal way and will not come on his feet if he does not get the help he needs.
